FAQ
Q. Is TAKE IT BACK associated with the Dayton Tea Party?
A. While the Dayton Tea Party is a great start and shares many of our values, we differ in several respects. Most notably, the TP folks are doing a good job of raising awareness but really don’t have a plan for how to realize this in practical ways. By contrast, TAKE IT BACK is working within the party structure to renew our message and get us back on our core message of fiscal responsibility.

Q. Can a local group like this really make a difference?
A. If someone had told you in 2004 that a little known community organizer with half a term in the Senate and no executive credentials would be the next president of the United States, you would have laughed. The Tea Party movement is only about 4 months old. If the past year has taught us anything, it is that the power of internet communications has completely changed how fast things can change.

Q. Is TAKE IT BACK asking for donations?
A. For now your time and interest is far more important than money. We will be setting up an online donation site once we have a better understanding of our mission and message going forward.
